The ministries of Mountain of Glory, Manchester help us live out our calling to advance the Christian faith and care for people in Salford, Cheetham Hill, Prestwich and Radcliffe. Through worship, teaching, prayer, children’s and youth work, outreach and practical support, we create spaces where people can grow in their walk with Christ and find real help in times of need. Sunday Worship & Word
Our Sunday services are the centre of church life. We gather to praise God, hear clear Bible teaching and pray for individuals, families and communities. Services are open to everyone, whatever their background or experience of church.
Prayer, Healing & Counselling
This ministry offers confidential prayer and pastoral support for those facing sickness, loss, anxiety or other pressures. Trained helpers listen, pray and encourage people to trust God in difficult times. Where needed we signpost to appropriate professional help.
Children’s Ministry
Children are taught the Bible at their own level through stories, songs, crafts and simple lessons about Jesus. The aim is that each child knows they are loved by God and part of His family. All activities follow our safeguarding policy and are supervised by approved workers.
Youth & Young Adults
Young people meet to explore faith, ask honest questions and build healthy friendships. Through Bible study, mentoring, prayer and outreach, we encourage them to follow Christ, develop godly character and use their gifts to serve others at church and in the community.
Discipleship & Bible Teaching
This ministry helps believers grow in understanding and practice of the Christian faith. We run small groups, teaching sessions and prayer meetings focused on Scripture, Christian living and spiritual growth. The goal is mature disciples who live out their faith daily.
Outreach & Evangelism
We share the message of Jesus Christ in respectful and practical ways. This may include street outreach, home visits, invitation services, community events and distribution of Christian literature. We seek to present the gospel clearly, without pressure, while showing genuine care for all.
